We are a member of the Labuan International Insurance Association (LIIA) and we are licensed and regulated by the Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA) as established under the Labuan Financial Services Authority Act of 1996. We collect, use, process, and handle your information when you apply for our services or communicate with us for the purpose of allowing us to provide and offer our solutions and services to you by disclosing your information to our partners or third parties. We are strongly aware of the importance of protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your information. We are committed to protect your information in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Why do we collect Your Information? We may collect your information to offer, provide, manage and administer the many reinsurance solutions and/or products that we may be involved. These may include reinsurance administration, broking and claims management, risk management consulting, and other forms of reinsurance solutions and/or products.
